Where a Battery Begins

Every AMC follows the same manufacturing journey. The cell train is assembled. The steel vessel is sealed. The winding and curing process is completed. Each stage is carefully controlled to ensure the vessel is manufactured exactly as designed.

But at this point, it still isn’t a battery.

In this video, you can see the next stage of the process. The vessel is filled with electrolyte, and transferred to our activation station. There, a carefully controlled pulse charge triggers the first electrochemical reaction, transforming a manufactured vessel into a functioning battery.

This stage is known as activation, and it marks the beginning of the battery’s operating life.

Although the process takes a number of few hours, it represents the culmination of every manufacturing step that came before it. Precision assembly, material quality, process control, and repeatability all come together in this first charge.

For us, activation isn’t simply another manufacturing step. It’s where disciplined engineering becomes stored energy.
